The machine guarantees:
- A dimensionally accurate finish cut over years of use with wear-free, hardened and
ground cylindrical guideways for the saw carriage unit and the material
pusher system.
- Precise
parallel cuts achieved by the use of a material pusher guided on
two sides and driven by a precision rack and pinion system.
- Maximum
dimensional stability with measurements taken by a backlash-free
measurement system independently of the machine drive. The measurement is taken by a magnetic tape which ensures superior constant accuracy.
- Short
cutting cycles because of optimized saw movement and beam opening
- The material pusher is guided by hardened and ground cylindrical guideways and prism rollers.
- Control PC6000, the future designed control concept for the panel cutting. User friendly and clear with a 19" TFT screen.

increased feed speed of the saw carriage from 5-130 m/min. Return speed 150 m/min.
With optimized opening height of
the clamping beam, optimized cutting height and cutting length adjustment.
This gives extrem short cutting
cycles
(up to 12 cycles per minute).
Control for doing cutouts at the panels
A postforming unit ensures an all-round chip-free cut on panels
with post- or softformed edges.
The automatic cutting height setting facility guarantees the right
saw blade projection every time.
The automatic trimming device simplifies the cutting of individual
components.
Each clamp has 2 clamping points. This guarrantees a positive clamping also for narrow strips. |
